Sampledelic sound collages combined with synth noise and sparse beats. Produced during the month of February for the annual RPM challenge, this brief 10 track sonic journey is quite a detraction for the frontman of spazzy synth-rock outfit BEWARE! the Other Head of Science. Combining electronic and synthesized elements with snippet of live audio, field recordings and samples from friends Ryan Stewart, Pinguinos, Scientific Maps (and an unknowing Sigur Ros), this piece is best experienced as one track start-to-finish, in an altered state of consciousness, while relaxing in a warm place. Headphones definitely help. For fans of Brian Eno, Odd Nosdam, and out-of-body experiences.
